Hello and welcome to Wellness Reset! We help you lose weight in a safe and healthy way.

My name is Samantha and I started Wellness Reset as a way to connect with my health coaching clients. Now, it’s a great way for women just like you to learn all about how to lose weight, live a healthy lifestyle, and even learn more about yoga and meditation. 

I know from experience what it’s like to be overweight, and not be able to lose weight. I gained 50 pounds over the course of 2.5 years. 

This was due to a number of things:

-Dealing with depression and testing out anti-depressants.
-Not understanding my body and what it needed.
-Eating too much food and being very sedentary.
-Not really caring if I gained weight or not, due to my mental wellbeing.

 

When I finally lost the weight I had gained, it wasn’t something that happened overnight.

Or even over a few months. It took a lot of time. Maybe longer than others.

I had to unlearn a lot of things. How I felt about food, my relationship with my body. I didn’t know I had a lot of things buried deep down and needed to figure it out before I could lose weight.

And trust me, I’ve been through it all. The yo-yo dieting. Trying to exercise more and eat less. Avoiding gluten, cheese, and carbs.

It’s not easy figuring out what works for you in the world of weight loss. There are SO MANY solutions, but it doesn’t mean they all work. Or that they’re sustainable in the long run.
